Steps to make 清蒸大闸蟹

  • 1.阳澄大闸蟹(公蟹)4只,用小刷子洗清干净后备用。
  • 2.选择好的大闸蟹时一定要选个头大、钳子大、钳子上毛多的!正宗的阳澄蟹都有防伪标签!如果不太懂的去专卖店买会放心很多!
  • 3.紫苏叶,是大闸蟹专买店会送的,这东西可以解散寒,解蟹毒,促进消化液分泌,增强胃肠蠕动。
  • 4.蟹醋,如果没有用香醋也行!
  • 5.葱段和一块姜。
  • 6.蒸锅加水、放入姜、紫苏叶。
  • 7.再将洗好的蟹放置在蒸架上,大火蒸15分钟然后关火闷1分钟左右就可以出锅了(草线不要剪掉,这样蒸出来的蟹才会美观)。
  • 8.沾碟:把用剩的姜切丝,葱段切丝,加一点点香菜叶,再倒入蟹醋,最后浇上烧热了的花生油即可!(由于刀法不好这丝也就这样了)
  • 9.配上冲好的姜茶,趁热吃吧!冷了就不好吃了哦!
  • 10.满满的蟹黄和蟹膏,诱人吧!
