韩式酥香炸鸡柳
炸鸡柳是很受年轻朋友喜欢的一道街边小吃,几元一小袋生意甚好;特别是下午放学前后,那生意更是排着小小的长队才能吃上。
其实制作起来并不复杂,自己在家做也很快捷简单,而且比外面的更卫生更安全;将买来的新鲜鸡胸肉切条,用点喜欢的酱料(或是食盐)腌制一会儿入味,然后再裹上少许面糊放入油锅炸至金黄就可以了~~~

  • 韩式香辣烤肉酱20克
  • 韩式酥香炸鸡粉150克

Steps to make 韩式酥香炸鸡柳

  • 1.准备好所有食材
  • 2.鸡脯肉洗净切粗条
  • 3.加入韩式香辣烤肉酱
  • 4.搅拌均匀腌制4小时以上
  • 5.碗中倒入酥香炸粉和适量清水搅拌均匀
  • 6.将剩余50克炸鸡粉倒入保鲜袋中
  • 7.取适量腌好鸡柳放入保鲜袋中,拎起摇一摇让鸡柳均匀裹上炸鸡粉
  • 8.再将裹好鸡粉的鸡柳放入炸鸡糊中挂上面糊
  • 9.放入6成热的油锅中
  • 10.定型变色后盛起
  • 11.油温升高后再快速复炸一遍捞出沥油即可
