Steps to make 麻婆豆腐

  • 1.准备猪肉末。
  • 2.准备两块豆腐。
  • 3.豆腐切成小块。放入沸水中煮沸,加点盐在水中能去除豆腐的石膏味使豆腐柔而韧。
  • 4.把葱姜蒜剁碎。
  • 5.锅内放油,炒郫县豆瓣酱,油变红。
  • 6.放入碎肉末,此时火不要太大,以免糊。
  • 7.放葱姜蒜翻炒一下。
  • 8.倒入豆腐,倒入黄酒、生抽、白糖。
  • 9.倒入适量清水,转小火,盖上盖子焖2-3分钟。
  • 10.开盖沸腾之后,放胡椒粉、味精,水淀粉(淀粉加水调成稀,淀粉的量可根据自己做的豆腐而放)。
  • 11.出锅咯。
