Steps to make 百香果苦瓜泡菜 ♥ 哈哈苦瓜 2

  • 1.百香果以滤网 (加盐&糖或糖增摩擦力),去籽取汁
  • 2.苦瓜去籽去囊,切片
  • 3.Tips ☆ 处理苦瓜泡菜时,一定要将籽连同软绵纤维 (两条粉红色曲线内) 全部割除,以免影响口感 (只留最外层半透瓜肉)。红烧煮软烂时可以保留。
  • 4.加盐&糖拌匀静置20分钟,倒掉出水,以冷开水冲洗干净
  • 5.将 2&4 放入干净的玻璃容器,加冷开水至盖过苦瓜,尝一下味道(酸甜度正常口味2倍强),用糖&醋调整,冰箱冰2小时即成。
  • 6.Tips ☆ 多出的百香果汁,可做成冰块保存 (结冻后另取塑料袋封存),打果汁或入菜都方便。
