葱油饼
有时候吃腻了米饭也不想吃面,但是不吃主食又似乎总感觉少了点什么,不如做个饼来吃吧!

    Steps to make 葱油饼

    • 1.将面粉放入盛器,加入开水,用筷子搅拌均匀使其成雪花状。
    • 2.加入冷水,用手将面粉揉至表面光滑,静置10分钟以上
    • 3.葱花切好
    • 4.碗里放入少量面粉,加入油(油的多少看你做的多少分量而定)搅拌均匀
    • 5.加入葱花搅拌均匀
    • 6.分成均匀的小面团
    • 7.按扁撖开抹上葱油,卷成长条两边捏紧,盘起来
    • 8.按压成饼(喜欢薄些的就用撖面撖开,我的直接用手按压)
    • 9.取一平底锅,小火烧热倒入油,放入饼,两面煎熟成金黄色即可
