  • 1.芹菜摘掉叶子,淡盐水中浸泡10分钟,然后反复清洗干净,叶子不要扔,腌制小咸菜也非常好吃。
  • 2.花生米清洗干净,锅中加入适量的水,加入花椒大料,盐,几片姜片,煮开,下入花生米煮10到15分钟,关火。
  • 3.捞出花生米,控净水分。

  • 5.红椒洗净切块,大蒜去皮洗净拍碎,加入到花生米中。
  • 6.加入盐、白糖、生抽调味,喜欢的可以加点香油。
  • 7.拌匀即可食用。
