咸肉炒黑豆芽
上次老丈人老家来的时候给我带了几块客家咸肉,好咸。搞不清楚做的那么咸干嘛,而且没放酱油腌制,白白的,半块就可以吃一碗饭了,哈哈。剩下一块,放在冰箱里差点遗忘了,这次拿出来,先煮了好久,试试还是咸的,晕。我拿它来炒黑豆芽,味道还是挺咸香的,特别是豆芽好吃。呵呵。

  • 1.将咸肉入锅煮开,换水再文火煮上半小时。
  • 2.然后切片。
  • 3.黑豆芽洗净待用。
  • 4.起油锅,爆香蒜头,下咸肉煸炒出油。
  • 5.下豆芽一起炒匀。
  • 6.加水焖一会,让咸肉的咸香味道能渗透到豆芽里。
  • 7.出锅。
