Steps to make 鸡蛋木耳炒莴笋

  • 1.莴笋去厚皮,切薄片备用,木耳用温水泡发(忘记拍照了,见谅)
  • 2.锅中底油烧热后,加入打散的鸡蛋翻炒定型后捞出备用
  • 3.锅中再加一点底油,加入姜丝炝锅
  • 4.加入温水泡发好的木耳,煸炒两分钟,过程中加入适量料酒、少量水
  • 5.下入莴笋片,翻炒片刻,加盐、鸡精调味
  • 6.下入之前炒好的鸡蛋,翻炒均匀,出锅前撒把蒜末
  • 7.香喷喷的快手小素炒就做好啦
