豆沙面包

  • 豆沙150克
  • 植物油20克
  • 1克
  • 白砂糖25克
  • 干酵母2克
  • 100克
  • 鸡蛋10克

Steps to make 豆沙面包

  • 1.干酵母、盐、白砂糖、面粉在加入水开始揉面
  • 2.揉到扩展阶段加入植物油,直到植物油完全融合
  • 3.放到温暖处开始第一次发酵,时间一个小时到一个半小时
  • 4.发酵到二倍大
  • 5.发酵好的面团排出空气,分成六等份,静置15分钟
  • 6.每个豆沙馅25克,取一个面团按扁,包入豆沙馅
  • 7.擀成长方形,划上四刀,不要切断
  • 8.切好面团捏住二头,扭起来
  • 9.扭好的面团打个结,进行第二次发酵,发酵到2倍大
  • 10.放在锡纸上,涂上鸡蛋液。放入预热的烤箱中层,170度烤20分钟,烤箱温度仅供参考
  • 11.成品,是不是很诱人^_^
