巧克力豆甜甜圈蛋糕

Steps to make 巧克力豆甜甜圈蛋糕

  • 1.1.准备好所有食材,称好重量,烤箱上下火170度预热着,黄油隔热水融化,工具什么都准备好,因为做蛋糕时不要浪费时间,避免消泡。可以用厨房纸沾融化的黄油涂一下模具,能更好的脱模。
  • 2.2.三个鸡蛋打到无油无水的打蛋盆中。
  • 3.3.鸡蛋中加入全部白糖。
  • 4.4.用打蛋器将全蛋打发,要有耐心,可以做温水打,以为蛋液40多度时最容易打发。
  • 5.5.全蛋液打发好后是发白的,很细腻浓稠的,体积增大几倍,纹路清晰且不会马上消失。整个打发的过程约需要10-15分钟。
  • 6.6.一次性加入过筛的低筋面粉,可可粉和泡打粉,用硅胶刀快速轻柔的从底部往上翻拌。
  • 7.7.使面粉和蛋糊混合,不要划圈搅拌,以免鸡蛋消泡太多。
  • 8.8.往搅拌好的蛋糕糊里倒入融化的黄油。
  • 9.9.加入烘焙巧克力豆。
  • 10.10.还是用翻拌的手法混合均匀。
  • 11.11.混合好的蛋液装入裱花袋中。
  • 12.12.裱花袋剪一个口子,口子不能太小,要比巧克力豆大。
  • 13.13.面糊均匀的挤入模具中,九分满,轻震模具震出大气泡。
  • 14.14.烤箱上下火170度,烤20分钟。
  • 15.15.烤好后直接脱模晾凉即可。
