#第四届烘焙大赛暨是爱吃节#烤芝麻花卷
花卷一般都蒸着吃,今天我玩一个比较随心的就是将花卷用来烤。看这样子它的组织会是怎么样。烤好后品尝的时候就觉得,这好比就是少油的白面包一样哦。组织还是很膨松,口感微微干了一点,要是在表面抹上一层花生酱或是果酱什么的,那样子就更加美了。

  • 中筋粉300克
  • 清水180克
  • 色拉油5克
  • 白糖50克
  • 酵母3克
  • 黑芝麻1小把

  • 1.将清水及色拉油加至在面包机里。
  • 2.再加入白糖,中筋粉及酵母。
  • 3.选择和面功能,揉至面团光滑,再醒个半小时左右。
  • 4.醒好后分团出来,再揉搓好。
  • 5.擀至面团成面皮,在表面洒上白糖及研磨好的黑芝麻。
  • 6.卷好后再改刀成小块。
  • 7.用筷子在面团中间小压一下。
  • 8.在烤箱里再次醒发至面团膨大,最后选择150度烤25分钟即可。
  • 9.蒸好后组织还是很不错的哦。
