Steps to make 酱香茄条

  • 1.茄子切成长条。
  • 2.将茄条放到热油中炸。
  • 3.炸软后盛出。
  • 4.将肉切长条放蛋清、料酒、盐、淀粉腌制十分钟。
  • 5.水烧开放肉滑散变白捞出过凉。
  • 6.锅内下葱姜,放入黄豆酱两匙翻炒香。
  • 7.入茄条翻炒片刻。
  • 8.加入肉丝翻炒。
  • 9.最后加撒上蒜片和香菜末即可。
  • 10.出锅装盘。
