米其林时令招牌菜~荔枝虾球

  • 1.准备好食材。
  • 2.把对虾仁剖背,清洗干净,控干水分,加料酒和淀粉,胡椒粉和生姜粉搅拌均匀静置15分钟。
  • 3.把荔枝剥去壳,挖去核放入纯净水中浸泡10分钟左右滤去水待用。
  • 4.锅烧7分热把虾仁倒入炒至变色后盛出。
  • 5.把番茄酱倒入锅内加30毫升纯净水调匀煮开。
  • 6.把虾仁和荔枝倒入翻炒2分钟,撒上白芝麻装盘即可。
