吐司面包
这是最普通的吐司面包,黄油可以替代猪油。夏天最适合做吐司。鸡蛋和牛奶加起来180克。

  • 鸡蛋50g
  • 牛奶130g
  • 白砂糖40g
  • 2g
  • 酵母3g
  • 猪油40g

Steps to make 吐司面包

  • 1.把主料材料放面包桶搅拌面团。
  • 2.再加猪油40克继续搅拌面团。
  • 3.发酵2.5倍大小。
  • 4.平均分3个大面团,揉圆,醒10分钟。
  • 5.用,擀面杖擀成椭圆形,由下至上卷起来。
  • 6.放入吐司盒内,盖上保鲜膜发酵。
  • 7.发酵至八九分满。
  • 8.盖好盖子,烤箱170度,烤45分钟。
  • 9.凉后切片。
  • 10.可以用保鲜袋装好,放入冰箱冷冻保存。(想吃就微波炉热几秒钟)
