Steps to make 青瓜芥末凉面

  • 1.将面条煮熟,用凉开水冲凉,沥干水分,淋上花椒油拌匀,摊开晾凉。
  • 2.青瓜切丝装盘备用。
  • 3.蒜蓉放碗中,放适量盐、辣椒面,浇上热花椒油,再加入白糖、味精、生抽、陈醋,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.芥末粉放入碗中,倒入适量开水,搅拌均匀,加盖捂5分钟。
  • 5.取适量面条放入盘中,放适量青瓜丝,淋上蒜泥汁和芥末,拌匀即可。
  • 6.成品。
