清蒸大闸蟹
秋风起,蟹脚痒;菊花开,闻蟹来。吃大闸蟹是一种季节的享受,唐诗李白曾赞“蟹螯即金液,糟丘是蓬莱,且须饮美酒,乘月醉高。”阳澄湖的大闸蟹历史悠久,水质环境好,大闸蟹是苏州的特产。大闸蟹当然清蒸原汁原味,色泽橙黄,蟹肉鲜美营养丰富。制作简单,老少皆宜。PS:吃完大闸蟹焖饭。喝上一杯姜茶绝对的享受。

Steps to make 清蒸大闸蟹

  • 1.准备食材,大闸蟹、紫苏包、蟹醋、生姜、老姜黑糖茶;
  • 2.大闸蟹用一次性牙刷,刷洗干净;
  • 3.把刷洗干净的大闸蟹翻转过来,放上生姜片、紫苏包;
  • 4.清水煮沸,把蟹放入锅中;
  • 5.盖上盖子蒸20分钟
  • 6.蒸好之后,再焖3分钟开盖;
  • 7.把大闸蟹绳子拆下,蟹醋包倒出,即可慢慢享用,吃完喝上一杯老姜红糖茶。
