重阳花糕
农历九月,天气渐凉,霜雪将至。人们抓紧这秋收后的农闲时刻,举办一年中最后一次户外游玩活动,这便是九月九日的重阳节。
重阳节吃重阳糕是为由于种种原因而不能去登高或登不了高的人的一种特别设计。因为“高”和“糕”同音,用吃糕来代替登高,这任务就算是完成了。

Steps to make 重阳花糕

  • 1.油面:面粉里加糖,黄油软化后和面粉搓成玉米面状,再加水和成面团
  • 2.油酥面:黄油软化后,放入面粉,揉成面团。面团包上保鲜膜饧半个小时。
  • 3.水油面15克,油酥面10克,分好后松弛15分钟。水油皮包油酥。包好后再松弛15分钟。
  • 4.收口向上,擀成长椭圆形。卷成筒状,收口朝上。卷好后,松弛15分钟。
  • 5.松弛后取一份松弛好后的面团,收口朝上,大拇指从中间按下
  • 6.然后四角向中间收紧成球形,按成直径约5CM的圆形
  • 7.15克枣泥馅按成4CM左右的圆形,要略小于面的大小。将各类蜜饯干果切成合适的大小,摆在枣泥上,并轻轻按一下,使其不易脱落。
  • 8.取另一份松弛好的面团按成5CM的圆形,盖在馅料上,轻轻向下按一下
  • 9.烤箱调到上下火模式,170度,40min。
  • 10.预热后放入烤箱。烤至结束取出即可。
