枸杞蒸米发糕
又是一年重阳节,这个时候家乡正是收稻谷。南方人的我,小时候吃过最多的小吃都是用米粉做的,米发糕、糍粑、炸酥条等等,每年丰收后家里都会做点吃的,犒劳晒稻谷的小孩们,做得就是发糕。软绵绵,甜甜的。不会磨米浆的我,用得是米糕干预拌粉。

  • 枸杞1抓

Steps to make 枸杞蒸米发糕

  • 1.准备的食材。
  • 2.预拌粉300g,加水320g。
  • 3.搅拌均匀。
  • 4.密封发酵6个小时左右,天气冷可发酵过夜。
  • 5.发酵完成后,倒入白糖拌匀。
  • 6.再倒入辅料包搅拌均匀。
  • 7.将搅拌均匀的米糊倒入蛋挞盒中,枸杞放表面。
  • 8.将水烧开,放入蒸锅。
  • 9.大火蒸15分钟即可。
  • 10.虚盖三分钟后打开。
  • 11.成品。
