    Steps to make 荷兰豆炒杏胞菇

    • 1.准备食材。
    • 2.荷兰豆摘去筋,放在加了少许盐的沸水中焯三十秒左右快速捞出过凉。
    • 3.杏胞菇切长条,小脆肠切成片。
    • 4.锅中下少量油,煸炒杏胞菇至略软后,加入小脆肠翻炒。
    • 5.一大勺蚝油加少许芝麻油少许水调匀提前调好备用。
    • 6.加入荷兰豆。
    • 7.将调好的碗汁倒入锅中,再加适量盐。
    • 8.翻炒均匀,关火,加入少许鲜鸡汁。
    • 9.炒匀装盘即即可。
