    Steps to make 东北酱小土豆

    • 1.小土豆、香菜、尖椒洗净,五花肉切块备用。
    • 2.炒锅倒油,油热后放入葱姜片和大料炝锅。
    • 3.放入五花肉翻炒,炒至五花肉出油。
    • 4.倒入小土豆炒均。
    • 5.加生抽酱油(此菜不放盐,酱油可以适当多一些)和少许老抽酱油(调色),糖、适量清水,大火烧开,盖上盖子,小火炖至土豆7分熟。
    • 6.最后放入尖椒(完整尖椒,不切)和香菜(也是整棵不切),继续炖至尖椒和香菜软烂,剩少许汤汁加鸡精调味即可。
