Steps to make 红豆酥饼

  • 1.把油皮材料的面粉、猪油放到碗中,倒入开水,搅拌均匀,揉成光滑面团,盖上保鲜膜松弛20分钟。
  • 2.将油酥材料混合揉成团,同样盖上保鲜膜防止风干。
  • 3.把红豆沙分成30克一个,滚圆备用。
  • 4.把油皮、油酥分别平均分成12份,滚圆。
  • 5.取一个油皮,按扁,包入油酥,用虎口收紧收口,依次把12个都包好。
  • 6.取一个做好的面团,擀成长舌状
  • 7.从上往下卷起来。同样把12个依次做好。
  • 8.把做好的面团进行第二次擀卷,先把面团按扁,擀成长舌状。
  • 9.再次从上往下卷起。
  • 10.取一个面团,从两边往中间按扁,用擀面杖擀圆。
  • 11.包入红豆沙,用虎口慢慢转动捏紧收口。
  • 12.把包好的饼胚稍微压扁,放到学厨烤盘中,印章沾上色素水,印到饼皮上。
  • 13.将做好的酥饼放入预热好180度烤箱烤35分钟即可。
