进入烘焙算起来也不过一个多月,虽然戚风算是比较头疼的,对于我这样不太追求完美,只求给孩子健康无添加剂的零食的麻麻来说,真的是够了…烘焙带给我的喜悦和幸福,我无法言语…也希望自己能跟随ACA的活动走得更远

  • 白糖35克
  • 色拉油30克
  • 一滴

Steps to make 蔓越莓戚风蛋糕

  • 1.准备食材,鸡蛋,低粉,牛奶,白糖,蔓越莓,色拉油等
  • 2.鸡蛋分离,蛋黄中加入色拉油,牛奶
  • 3.搅拌均匀
  • 4.筛入低粉
  • 5.画Z字搅拌均匀
  • 6.蛋清加入一滴醋
  • 7.打发至干性
  • 8.蛋白霜分次加入蛋黄糊中
  • 9.上下翻拌均匀
  • 10.加入蔓越莓翻拌均匀
  • 11.倒入杯子模具中,烤箱180℃预热20分钟后改200℃烘焙5分钟左右即可(温度视个人烤箱而定,我的是ACA的)
  • 12.烤出炉的成品
