  • 1.虾仁提前解冻,清洗干净后背上划一刀,加入适量盐,胡椒粉,食用油腌制十分钟。
  • 2.香葱洗净切成小段备用。
  • 3.鸡蛋备好。
  • 4.鸡蛋打散,加入适量盐,黄酒搅拌均匀备用。
  • 5.热锅放入猪油,放入腌好的虾仁煎至两面金黄色。
  • 6.淋入蛋液,撒上适量香葱(留点葱叶)煎至凝固(其间盖下锅盖)。
  • 7.把剩余的葱叶放入。
  • 8.切成小块翻面煎下即可出锅。
