  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.鸡蛋打入盆中,盆要干净无水无油,倒入白砂糖。
  • 3.有打蛋器打发至颜色微黄,体积膨大。
  • 4.加入泡打粉1/4勺。
  • 5.加入小苏打1/4勺。
  • 6.筛入低筋面粉。
  • 7.搅拌均匀。
  • 8.加入牛奶,搅拌均匀。配方上是3大勺,我的面糊比较干,我加了8勺,具体加多少根据自己的面糊来,加到直到面糊比较光滑,滴落时痕迹可以很快消失。
  • 9.加入蜂蜜,搅拌均匀。
  • 10.此时的面糊应该是光滑,滴落的痕迹可以很快消失。
  • 11.盖上保鲜膜静至30分钟。
  • 12.平底锅加热,舀人1大勺面糊,用小火煎到表面出现小气孔,约1分半。
  • 13.表面出现小气孔后翻面,再煎片刻即可,约30秒。
