小清新的藿香芝士蛋糕
又到藿香芬芳时!藿香芝士蛋糕,吃在嘴里淡淡的甜,闻在鼻中青青的香。瞬间,唇齿留香,气定神闲!

  • 鸡蛋4个
  • 低筋面粉60g
  • 白糖70g
  • 白醋几滴

Steps to make 小清新的藿香芝士蛋糕

  • 1.藿香叶洗净晾干,加少许凉白开用料理机搅打成藿香汁。
  • 2.原料图。
  • 3.将奶油奶酪和藿香汁加入料理机,搅打成细腻的奶酪糊,倒入大盆中。
  • 4.逐次加入4个蛋黄,用电动打蛋器低速搅打成均匀的奶酪蛋糊。
  • 5.倒入过筛后的低筋面粉,翻拌均匀。盖上保鲜膜,将蛋糕糊放冰箱冷藏至浓稠状态备用。
  • 6.4个蛋白加入几滴白醋,分三次加入70g白糖,打发至差不多为硬性发泡状态即可,但不要打至硬性发泡。
  • 7.挖1/3蛋白糊至奶酪糊中,翻拌均匀。此时可以将烤盘放入烤箱最底层,注入2/3的热水,150度预热烤箱。
  • 8.将翻拌好的面糊倒入2/3的蛋白糊中,翻拌均匀。
  • 9.将蛋糕糊倒入模具,轻震几下模具,震出糊中的小气泡,再放入预热好的烤箱。
  • 10.水浴法,150度,上下火,烤制80分钟左右。烤箱最底层放烤盘,烤盘内注入2/3的热水。将模具放烤网上,入烤箱倒数第二层。
  • 11.烤熟后,不要急于取出,放烤箱中闷至温热取出,彻底晾凉后,放冰箱冷藏一夜。
