  • 5.加入粉类;
  • 6.揉成团;
  • 7.发酵至2倍大,加入黄油继续揉至扩展阶段;
  • 8.分成等量的3团;
  • 9.擀成牛舌形后卷起了,放入吐司模;
  • 10.发酵至8分满;
  • 11.180℃,40分钟,完成;
  • 12.切开看切面,金黄色。
