    Steps to make 鸡丝凉面

    • 1.面条煮熟过凉开水备用。
    • 2.鸡胸肉洗净凉水下锅,放入姜和料酒,水开后小火炖煮10分钟,筷子能戳透即可捞出备用。
    • 3.用手撕成丝。
    • 4.黄瓜丝和绿豆芽备用。
    • 5.适量芝麻酱用温水调开备用。
    • 6.锅中放入花生,小火炒熟。
    • 7.用刀背碾碎,去掉花生皮。
    • 8.调辣椒油:碗中放入蒜末、辣椒面、白芝麻、花生碎、白糖。
    • 9.热锅凉油,炝香花椒。
    • 10.捞出花椒,将热油浇在料碗中,根据个人口味放入适量生抽、醋和盐,搅拌均匀。
    • 11.将黄瓜丝、绿豆芽、鸡肉丝、麻酱汁、辣椒油放入面条中。
    • 12.搅拌均匀,开吃,太香了。
