    Steps to make 西瓜皮炖颈骨

    • 1.西瓜皮去掉外面的绿皮,切成长条,晒成干。
    • 2.西瓜皮提前用水泡半个小时。
    • 3.腐竹结提前用水泡好。
    • 4.葱切成小段。
    • 5.将花椒、陈皮、大料、干辣椒、香叶包在一起。
    • 6.颈骨在水龙头下,多冲洗几遍。
    • 7.颈骨放到锅中,开水焯掉血水,捞出来备用。
    • 8.锅上火,放入适量的油、白糖,不停地搅动。
    • 9.糖融与油中,并冒泡时,倒入猪颈骨。
    • 10.转小火,翻炒。放入葱、酱油、盐、料酒。
    • 11.全部倒入电压力锅中,放入清水,最上面放上西瓜皮与腐竹结,将按扭拧到排骨上即可。
