  • 1.原料图。
  • 2.冬瓜去皮切成长方形块。
  • 3.起锅烧热适量油,将冬瓜煎炒至表面金黄。
  • 4.加入适量清汤小火先煮5分钟左右。
  • 5.调入李锦记蒸鱼豉油。
  • 6.调入李锦记天成一味特级鲜酱油。
  • 7.大火煮至想要欲留的汤汁。
  • 8.利用在煮冬瓜的时候,把虾洗净,去头去壳去虾线,留虾尾。处理好的虾仁焯水至熟。
  • 9.煮好的冬瓜先盛盘,再把虾仁摆放在冬瓜上,撒上适量葱花增香增色即可。
