    Steps to make 肉丝炒饼

    • 1.瘦肉切丝。
    • 2.加少许盐胡椒粉料酒抓匀,再放一点点淀粉腌制入味。
    • 3.鸡蛋打散炒碎盛出备用。
    • 4.大饼切成丝备用。
    • 5.配菜可以随意搭配,我用的是胡萝卜,洋葱,豆芽菜。
    • 6.洋白菜洗净切丝。
    • 7.锅内放适量油烧热,然后放入肉丝煸炒至变色。
    • 8.放入胡萝卜洋葱丝继续翻炒均匀。
    • 9.把洋白菜丢进去继续大火翻炒均匀。
    • 10.豆芽菜含水量大,最后放。
    • 11.加少许酱油上色调味。
    • 12.放入切好的饼丝,翻炒均匀。
    • 13.再把鸡蛋放入,放入少许蚝油提鲜,酌情加盐,酱油蚝油已经有咸度了。
    • 14.沿锅边淋入少许明油,喜欢清淡的淋入少许清水,翻炒均匀,出锅前撒入蒜末提香。
    • 15.翻炒几下就可以关火啦!
