黑白糯米枧水粽
昨天在尝试做豆沙枧水粽子时,还想多搞搞花样,也泡了一些黑糯米,跟豆沙粽一块煮,做个实验,只做了一个大的,成色很可爱,紫紫的,所用的糯米与枧水的比例与做豆沙枧水粽的比例一样。

  • 黑糯米1/3筒
  • 白糯米1/3筒
  • 枧水1/4小匙
  • 红糖适量(或糖浆)

Steps to make 黑白糯米枧水粽

  • 1.把糯米和粽叶泡一夜,也同豆沙粽一样把粽叶过一下开水;
  • 2.在糯米里加入枧水,拌匀,靓置约20分钟;
  • 3.将两块粽叶平铺,重叠一半,放上糯米,将长的一端折起;
  • 4.将窄的两边也包住;
  • 5.将剩下的一端也折住,再用棉绳扎起来,包和扎都不要太紧,留空间让糯米受热后膨胀;
  • 6.入锅,同其它粽子一块煮约60分钟或以上。
