孜然羊肉串
夏天来临,大街小巷到处都是卖烤羊肉串的,每每路过便觉得好想吃,可是吃过便又后悔,毕竟卫生不过关,而且现在的羊肉串也不知道都用什么肉来串的,家里有朋友给的内蒙带回来的羊肉,放在冷冻里就等着夏天来临烤羊肉串呢,所以还是自己来烤吧,干净放心又好吃口感鲜嫩、鲜香微辣。

    Steps to make 孜然羊肉串

    • 1.羊肉切成小方块。
    • 2.放入少量盐、生抽、洋葱及料酒腌制半个小时。
    • 3.把竹签清洗干净,用清水浸泡一会。
    • 4.将羊肉穿成肥瘦相间的羊肉串。
    • 5.准备一些植物油、辣椒面和孜然面。
    • 6.烤箱预热5分钟,烤盘放上油纸接油,将羊肉串放在烤网上200度上下火烤18~20分钟。
    • 7.烤至约8分钟左右时候,将羊肉串取出两面刷上植物油、撒上辣椒面和孜然面再送回烤箱继续烤。
    • 8.观察烤至羊肉串肥肉“滋滋”冒油,有香味飘出来,基本就可以了。
