  • 1.豆腐皮用开水烫一下
  • 2.里脊肉切丝,将料酒,生抽,白胡椒粉,鲜姜汁加入肉丝中拌匀腌制20分钟
  • 3.再把蛋清,淀粉,油放入肉丝拌匀
  • 4.锅内放油,油温6成热的时候放入肉丝迅速滑开,待肉色变白后立即捞出
  • 5.大葱洗净切成细丝备用,豆皮切成合适大小备用,料酒10ml,番茄酱1小勺,甜面酱30克,白糖1勺,香油1勺,清水30ml放碗中搅拌均匀
  • 6.锅中留适量的底油,待油温升高后放入搅拌均匀的料汁,小火炒香,熬至粘稠冒泡
  • 7.改大火加入肉丝快炒至入味,下入葱丝,淋上香油出锅
  • 8.用豆皮将肉丝,葱丝卷成卷儿,用小葱叶子系好制作完成
