Steps to make 全麦馒头

  • 1.全麦面粉准备好。
  • 2.酵母粉用温水化开。

  • 4.活成软硬适中的面团放温暖处发酵至两倍大。
  • 5.发酵好的面团,用手指蘸少许干面粉戳一个洞无回缩。
  • 6.撒少许干面粉,充分揉匀排气,静置十分钟,使其更加滋润。
  • 7.先搓成长条,再分割成均匀的剂子。
  • 8.取一个面剂子,反复揉,团成圆形。
  • 9.依次做好所有的面团,放入蒸屉里面,二次发酵至两倍大。
  • 10.开火,大火上汽后蒸二十分钟。
  • 11.等二分钟再开锅,防止表面回缩起皱。
  • 12.完美出炉!
