椰蓉奶酪小餐包
前段时间买了一包奶酪,打算平时做早餐时,搭配在土司中做三明治吃,尝试过几次,小朋友每次吃的时候就都单独拿出来,说不好吃。直接吃不喜欢,只能想办法变换花样给他消灭掉,于是就把他加入揉入面团中做成面包

  • 牛奶35g
  • 高筋面粉200g
  • 白砂糖30g
  • 90g
  • 1g
  • 酵母3g
  • 无盐黄油15g
  • 椰蓉15g

Steps to make 椰蓉奶酪小餐包

  • 1.将奶酪撕成小片加入装牛奶的小锅中
  • 2.将锅放在煤气灶上,小火慢慢加热至奶酪全部融化
  • 3.加入面粉,继续小火慢慢煮成面团,放凉后,盖上保鲜膜放冰箱中冷藏1~2小时后备用
  • 4.将水、盐、白砂糖、奶酪面团、高筋面粉、酵母等放入面包机桶中,启动和面程序,将把面团揉至光滑,加入黄油继续启动和面程序,揉至扩展阶段,揉好的面团发酵至2~3倍大小,将发酵好的面团放案板上排气
  • 5.排气完成后,加入椰蓉,与面团充分揉匀
  • 6.将面团均匀分成5等份,然后滚圆,放蛋糕模具中,常温发酵1小时左右
  • 7.等发酵完成后在表面刷上蛋液烤箱预热170度,上下火中上层烤15分钟即可
