Steps to make 南瓜发糕

  • 1.准备所需食材。
  • 2.南瓜泥中加入白糖搅拌至融化。
  • 3.加入水和酵母搅拌均匀。
  • 4.加入面粉。
  • 5.翻拌至无干粉后盖上盖子开始发酵。
  • 6.6寸活底模具内壁涂油防粘,把发酵好的面糊搅拌排气后倒入模具中开始二次发酵。
  • 7.发酵好的面糊表面撒葡萄干或者是其它自己喜欢的食材装饰,入蒸锅大火烧开上气后继续蒸35分钟即可,关火后焖5分钟再开盖。
