  • 猪肉馅150克
  • 莲藕250克
  • 面粉60克
  • 生粉20克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 清水40克

Steps to make 藕夹

  • 1.事先准备好调好的猪肉馅(具体做法看我之前生煎包的菜谱)
  • 2.将面粉倒入盆中。
  • 3.加入生粉。
  • 4.加入一个鸡蛋。
  • 5.加入清水搅拌成均匀的面糊备用。
  • 6.将莲藕去皮洗净。
  • 7.将藕切成约0.6厘米厚的片,在厚片中间再切一刀口,深至藕片的2/3处,但不要切断。
  • 8.取适量的肉馅夹在藕片中间。
  • 9.所有夹好肉馅的藕备用。
  • 10.将适量色拉油倒入锅中烧至七八成热,用筷子夹一片藕放进面糊中转动,使整个藕都均匀的挂上面糊。
  • 11.投入挂好面糊的藕到油锅中。
  • 12.炸至藕夹表面酥脆,色金黄,里脆嫩熟时起锅。
  • 13.沥干油分装盘。
