Steps to make 法式红酒牛排

  • 1.牛扒自然解冻
  • 2.洋葱切粒,倒入红酒腌制1-2小时,让红酒的味道充分融入牛排。
  • 3.西餐当然不能少了意大利面。锅里放水加盐,放意面。过程不多说,煮软捞起备用。
  • 4.煎扒前先用洋葱擦拭一遍锅底,听说这样就不容易焦。下油下洋葱放牛排,慢火煎,先煎2分钟,翻面,把锅盖盖上。大火煎2分钟,翻面盖上锅盖再煎。(建议盖上锅盖是为了煎排时不让红酒味迅速挥发以保留原味。)
  • 5.煎好牛排,正好锅里还有洋葱,顺手炒了意大利面(配料自由发挥,首选黑椒汁、番茄沙司)很香哦……
  • 6.青豆、玉米、胡萝卜切丁 温水煮熟。摆盘。淋上黑椒汁。
