Steps to make 芹菜炒肉丝

  • 1.材料集合图,肉丝中加入生抽1小勺、黄酒1小勺、胡椒粉适量,姜丝几根、玉米淀粉1小勺拌均匀。大蒜切末、生姜切丝。(我没拍)
  • 2.胡萝卜切丝,芹菜胡萝卜丝放开水锅中迅速焯烫,捞出立即过凉,沥干水分。
  • 3.1小勺玉米淀粉加适量清水调成水淀粉备用。
  • 4.平底锅烧热放适量色拉油,油热加入肉丝翻炒至变色盛出。
  • 5.炒好的肉丝。
  • 6.锅中重新放油,油热放入姜丝和大蒜爆香,加入芹菜胡萝卜翻炒均匀。
  • 7.加入肉丝。
  • 8.翻炒均匀,加适量生抽、盐、白糖调味,加入水淀粉勾芡,汤汁粘稠即可。
  • 9.成品图。
