如果我告诉你煮粥只花了五分钟你一定不信,但我真的真的只花了五分钟,在昨晚临睡前我已经煮了一碗紫米饭,第二天早上我只需要把紫米饭倒入煮锅里,加入三倍的水量煮粥,粥煮开只需要两分钟,煮开后改用中火煮,一边煮一边搅动一分钟,用紫米饭煮粥很快就能煮软烂,基本上五分钟就能煮出一锅软糯香滑的紫米粥。盛出粥,放上喜欢吃的腰果、花生、芝麻拌匀就可以吃了

  • 1.准备一碗紫米饭,一些 熟腰果仁,熟花生仁,熟芝麻。
  • 2.把紫米饭倒入煮锅里,加入三倍水量煮开。
  • 3.粥煮开后要边煮边搅一分钟, 搅一分钟后再煮两分钟,粥基本上就煮至软烂了,这时可以关火了。
  • 4.舀一碗紫米粥,放入腰果仁、花生仁和熟芝麻,喜欢吃甜口的可以在煮粥时放入一些红糖或冰糖。
