Steps to make 南瓜馒头

  • 1.准备食材。 普通面粉:500g、酵母:4g、无铝泡打粉:1g
  • 2.准备食材。 南瓜(小):半个、可可粉:少许、抹茶粉:少许。将南瓜蒸熟。南瓜可切片再进行蒸制,这样方便成熟。蒸熟后碾成泥备用。还需要准备一些线绳做造型用。
  • 3.将面粉加入酵母、泡打粉,搅拌均匀后分成三份。分别用南瓜泥、可可粉、抹茶粉和成三种彩色的面团,将三色面团放在不同的容器中盖上湿润的屉布分别发酵。面团大小的分配比例为:黄色要多一些,棕色和绿色少一些。
  • 4.待面团发酵至原来的1.5至2倍大时就可以下剂子了。取一块黄色面团,将其滚圆形成南瓜的雏形,大小按您的个人喜好而定。取一小块绿色面团,用剪刀剪出叶子的形状,并用小刀的刀背在叶片上压出叶脉的痕迹,不要割断。
  • 5.用线绳在南瓜雏形上均匀地勒出六瓣。勒线绳时要稍用力,用力太轻,痕迹会随着面的发酵而变浅或消失,而影响美观。如果您没有这样的棉线绳也可以用我们做针线活的线,但需要将几股拧在一起使其加粗,否则一根普通线勒出的痕迹过于细小,非常容易在发酵过程中失败。
  • 6.解开线绳,取一小块棕色面团固定在顶端做出瓜蒂,再将事先做好的叶子固定好。一个漂亮的小南瓜就做好了。按此方法将所有的小南瓜都做好。
  • 7.观察馒头的体积变大,且面团表面蓬松起发状态时,上锅蒸制,上汽后15分钟制熟,蒸制时间请按您所做的面食大小酌情增减。
  • 8.南瓜秧苗被春雨洗礼、被夏阳沐浴、被吹来的一阵阵清风呵护。
