  • 牛奶100g
  • 玉米淀粉20g
  • 面粉30g
  • 奶粉20g

Steps to make 奶黄包

  • 1.和面,发酵至两倍大再使用。
  • 2.除黄油外打成糊。
  • 3.放入室温化好的黄油,水烧开后放小火,隔水把糊烧至凝固,边烧边搅拌。
  • 4.凝固的奶黄馅放凉,搓成球。
  • 5.面团切成小剂子,擀成皮,放上奶黄馅。
  • 6.包好后二次发酵,上锅蒸20分钟,闷五分钟后开锅。
  • 7.开吃。
