  • 8.在把面饼擀成薄厚适中的饼,醒发5-8分。
  • 9.平底锅或者电饼铛热锅后刷油放入饼生坯盖盖子烙。
  • 10.一面变色后翻面,在上面刷上少许油烙一下,两面都成金黄色鼓起就可以出锅了。
  • 11.烙好的发面饼就可以出锅吃了。
