  • 4.用打好的果皮泥和面。
  • 5.把面粉和成柔软的面团,盖好,饧半小时。饧面的时候去做馅。
  • 6.我包的是素馅。木耳泡发清洗干净。包菜用开水迅速烫一下过凉攥干,胡萝卜大葱适量清洗干净。
  • 7.把所有的材料剁碎放入油、蚝油、盐、胡椒粉拌匀成馅。
  • 8.饧好的面做成剂子,擀皮。
  • 9.包成饺子。
  • 10.水烧开,放入饺子煮开后压入凉水,再煮开,一共煮三个开即可捞出。
  • 11.是不是好吃又好看呢。
