  • 蒸鱼豉油20毫升

Steps to make 泡椒金针菇蒸扇贝肉

  • 1.金针菇去根洗净,扇贝肉洗净沥干水分
  • 2.准备调料
  • 3.用盐,黄酒,生姜片加入扇贝肉里拌匀腌制20分钟
  • 4.锅内水开后倒入金针菇焯水后捞起
  • 5.把金针菇放入盆底上面加入扇贝肉,把蒜末和泡椒加上
  • 6.锅内水开后加入蒸熟后熄火出锅(约6分钟)
  • 7.倒去多余的汁水加入蒸鱼豉油再把葱花加入
  • 8.锅内油烧到冒烟
  • 9.淋上即可享用
