  • 1.准备好野生水芹菜。
  • 2.水芹洗净、切小段。
  • 3.切好的水芹入开水中焯一会;捞起,沥干水分备用。
  • 4.猪肉切丝,加入生抽、淀粉拌匀。
  • 5.锅中油热,滑散肉丝;盛起备用。
  • 6.锅中余油,下水芹,加入适量盐,炒匀。
  • 7.倒入猪肉丝炒匀。
  • 8.加入适量剁椒,调好味盛入盘中。
