宫爆鸡丁

  • 干辣椒30g
  • 花椒10g
  • 水淀粉10g
  • 5ml
  • 白砂糖5g
  • 生抽10ml
  • 5g
  • 大蒜一瓣
  • 黑胡椒粉5g

Steps to make 宫爆鸡丁

  • 1.鸡腿剔骨,切块,加盐,黑胡椒粉和淀粉水拌匀腌制15分钟
  • 2.干辣椒撕段(怕辣的话可以用剪刀剪)
  • 3.大葱切段
  • 4.蒜切粒
  • 5.热锅起油,中火下鸡肉炒至半熟(2~3分钟左右)捞出备用
  • 6.另起油锅,下干辣椒,蒜炒出香味(家里做嫌麻烦可以先炒辣椒再加鸡肉,免得多洗一次锅)
  • 7.下葱白段继续翻炒1分钟
  • 8.下鸡肉大火翻炒
  • 9.起锅前下葱绿和炸花生
  • 10.将醋,生抽,糖,盐,水淀粉调制的调味汁倒入,大火收汁,装盘即可
  • 11.成品~
