泰式捞汁花蛤
花蛤是高蛋白低脂肪的海鲜贝壳类,所以减肥期间多补充一些优质蛋白质可以增加肌肉减少体脂。今天做一道酸辣口味的捞汁花蛤,花蛤肉浸渍在酸辣汁里,超级好吃,辣的超过瘾,多吃一点辣可以提高新陈代谢。

  • 味达美臻品料酒30毫升
  • 味达美泰式酸辣汁100克
  • 纯净水100毫升

Steps to make 泰式捞汁花蛤

  • 1.准备食材:花蛤买来之后先用水养几个小时,这样可以将花蛤里的泥沙随着花蛤的游动一起带出来。
  • 2.锅内放入适量的水,将水煮开。
  • 3.将洗净的花蛤倒入沸水中汆烫。
  • 4.倒入30毫升味达美臻品料酒,可以去腥提香。
  • 5.待花蛤全部开口即可捞出,大约5分钟左右。
  • 6.玻璃碗内倒入100克味达美泰式酸辣汁。
  • 7.倒入100毫升纯净水稀释一下酸辣汁。
  • 8.将煮好的花蛤倒入酸辣汁中浸渍2个小时。
  • 9.之后将花蛤连同汤汁一起装入盘中。
  • 10.上面撒上一些葱丝点缀。
  • 11.酸酸辣辣,吃得满头大汗超级过瘾。
