芝士软面包条
比较快手又好吃的一款面包条(谢谢栗子家的喵的分享),可以当早餐更可以当点心或零食,刚烤好时是外脆里软的,放一会儿后会变得有点韧性和有嚼劲,加了芝士粉吃起来会有淡淡的披萨口感,可以蘸自己喜欢的酱料,比如沙拉酱番茄酱等。

  • 104克
  • 干酵母1.5克
  • 无盐黄油12克
  • 芝士粉5克
  • 细砂糖12克
  • 2克

Steps to make 芝士软面包条

  • 1.除黄油以外的材料先揉约15分钟。
  • 2.再加入黄油揉10分钟左右至扩展阶段。盖上保鲜膜在温暖处发至2倍大。烤箱预热220度。
  • 3.因面团较湿,案板上撒稍多点面粉,轻轻拍扁拍长,不用擀,不需要排气。
  • 4.用叉子均匀地戳一些洞洞,不用太大力。
  • 5.用刮板切成比手指略粗的条状。
  • 6.小心地用刮板帮忙把条状移入烤盘。
  • 7.220度10分钟左右至面包条表面金黄即可。
