Steps to make 黄桃蛋挞

  • 1.粉饼提前解冻,2张饼叠放在一起,撒干粉防粘。
  • 2.用擀面杖将饼擀薄,成为正方形面片。
  • 3.由下向上卷起要卷紧,成为方条形面卷,收口捏紧。
  • 4.将面卷分成大小均匀的12等份。
  • 5.2个面卷重合叠放在一起,切面向上。
  • 6.将面卷按扁,擀成圆形面片成为蛋挞皮。
  • 7.蛋挞模撒适量面粉防粘,做好防粘措施。
  • 8.将蛋挞皮放入蛋挞模中,将挞皮从底部向上推,挞皮比模具稍高一圈。松弛10分钟。
  • 9.蛋黄打散加入细砂糖、牛奶、淡奶油、玉米淀粉混合均匀成为蛋挞液。
  • 10.将蛋挞液过筛,滤去小颗粒。
  • 11.取适量糖水黄桃切小丁。
  • 12.将蛋挞液加入模具中,8分满,加入黄桃丁。烤箱预热220度,烤盘放置中层,上下火烤20分钟左右,将烤盘移至上层,3-5分钟上色即成。
  • 13.烤好的蛋挞。趁热从模具中取出。
  • 14.成品图。
